Nathan Brooks

Nathan joined GCI in January 2026 to support the growth of the Strategic Capital division, focusing on investment analysis and transaction execution.

He began his career in 2022 at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division, advising on large scale transactions and capital raises for infrastructure clients across energy, digital, and transport. He also worked in the Financial Sponsors Group and Emerging Companies Group before spending several years at Privatus Capital Partners, a corporate advisory firm that invests alongside its clients.

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Western Australia.
