Matt joined GCI in January 2026 to lead GCI’s Origination function across Asset Backed, Real Estate and Strategic Capital via third party and direct channels.
He has extensive experience in large and mid-market private credit transactions including Asset Backed transactions (loan portfolios, financial assets and equipment finance), Property & Business loans and Consumer finance.
Previously he worked in Senior roles with Investec, CBA, Thorn, Selfco, Equigroup and private equity. Matt has proven experience in deal execution and stakeholder management.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science from University of NSW.
