Ben Skilbeck

Ben Skilbeck joined GCI as Chief Executive Officer in July 2024. He plays a key role in guiding the overarching strategy and implementation effort of GCI’s business including our credit offering, talent management, fostering institutional partnerships and identifying new opportunities.

He has over two decades of experience in financial markets and investment banking. Ben joined GCI from PM Capital, where he served as CEO for over nine years driving strategy and operations.

Prior to that, Ben was CEO and Managing Director at Rismark International for seven years. His extensive background also includes notable roles at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse, where he was a Vice President and Director, respectively, working in both the Australian and US markets.

Ben attended the University of Melbourne and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce.
