Gavin Solsky

Gavin is an experienced CEO, director and investor, having co-founded and built significant businesses in the professional services/outsourcing (Portland Group) and health sectors (Healthshare). Portland Group served clients that included Woolworths, Westpac, Telstra and Rio Tinto and had over 200 staff. Both businesses combined high-performing teams and technology to create value for their customers, employees and shareholders.

In 2012 Gavin sold Portland Group to Infosys, a multinational technology and outsourcing company. Following the sale, Gavin began investing his own capital in non-bank lending businesses and co-founded GCI with Steven Sher in 2015. Before starting his own companies, Gavin was a consultant at Bain & Co in the US and Australia and also worked for a major Australian law firm.

Gavin completed his Commerce and Law degrees at the University of NSW, both with distinction.
